This self paced online training course will teach participants a seven-step conflict resolution process that they can use and modify to resolve conflict disputes of any size. Participants will also be provided a set of skills in ‘solution building’ and ‘finding common ground’.

The ability to resolve interpersonal conflict can be very empowering. Knowing how to deal with conflict is important for every organisation no matter what size. Conflict in the workplace which is left unchecked or not resolved can lead to lost production, absences, staff attrition, and even lawsuits.
