Safety leadership training conducted on the 23^rd April was informative and engaging.

We were able to actively engage during the training session and had the opportunity to break into small groups to work through different scenarios.

With a various range of roles and ethnic groups it was inclusive to everyone.

Feedback from staff was positive about the overall content and the trainer Joseph.

This was a 5 star training session and we look forward to the next one.

Great feedback from our recent Safety Leadership Training session with Civeo.

Delivered by our Executive Coach Joe, the session focused on building practical leadership capability and strengthening a proactive safety culture.

When asked what they enjoyed most, participants shared:

• “Really great day – a lot of useful and positive information I can use to improve as a leader.”
• “Talking about leadership style and the importance of communication.”
• “Learning new tools to add to my toolbox and use in day-to-day operations, on site and in life.”
• “Interactive. Clear. Trainer had lots of useful knowledge.”
• “The role play sessions around leadership, worker and coaching.”

It’s encouraging to see such strong engagement and to know the training is delivering practical, real-world value that leaders can apply immediately.

Thank you to the Civeo team for your openness and participation.
